- Kenya & Uganda: Begin construction on transformative clean energy projects.
- Zambia: Achieve COD (Commercial Operation Date) for a 20 MW solar project.
- South Africa: Progress 153 MW solar project toward completion and expand with a further 350 MW in a phased approach.
- Fundraising: Secure equity investments for major projects in Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, and South Africa.

- Continue development of 153 MW solar project in South Africa.
- Secure land and complete permitting for Cullinan's 153 MW solar project.
- Sent out proposals for 15 MW rooftop battery storage projects.
- Secure land for second and third phase

- Achieve financial closure for Cullinan.
- Start development on the second phase for 250 MW solar projects.
